I hate my forehead! High hairline/strong brow bone? (photos)

I have always been super self conscious of my forehead - it seems really unbalanced with the rest of my face and I hate it, especially when you look at my side profile. I always wear a fringe as I hate it so much, so I was wondering what improvements could be made upon this, and what procedures are suitable and most affordable.

There is no surgery for what you are looking for.  Laser hair removal would work fine.  What are you not considering it?
