Is it possible to get Ultherapy on jaw line/marionette lines only? If so, what is the cost range?

I'm 65 yrs. old. I've received botox on forehead and around eyes several times. I'm interested in Ultherapy for marionette lines/jaw area because fillers haven't worked for me (Juvederm XC, Radiesse, Restylane)

Yes, Ultherapy does not need to be done to a whole face. If my patients want to focus on improving smile folds or marionette lines, I treat only the cheeks to help lift the sagging cheek that contributes to the smile folds and marionette lines. In addition there is Silhouette Instalift that can be done in conjunction with Ultherapy . ThermiTight is injectable radiofrequency energy that helps tighten tissue and is often done for this reason.

You can get Ultherapy on the jawline area and near the marionette area, but there are other treatments that work better for that area in my opinion. I would recommend an in-person consultation and evaluation with an experienced physician provider to discuss your options. Best wishes.

Yes, ultherapy can be used on the face, but keep in mind, a combination approach is needed to improve marionette lines. I recommend fillers for the lines themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert.
