When you are at 6-12 months of weight stability consider a TT or even better a FTL TT. Seek a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.

A full and extensive abdominoplasty will take care of your excess abdominal skin and fat. The incision will be long, from one hip to the other.

Once your weight has been stable for 8-12 months it is OK to have the surgery. It takes an exam to be sure, but it appears from your photos that an extended abdominoplasty, sometimes called a lower body lift, would get the best results.

 If you cannot lose weight, and you want your panniculus (abdominal apron) removed, I suggest a panniculectomy and liposuction of your hips.  Your belly button will have to be moved to a higher position, also.
