I have been using minoxidil foam to kickstart my regrowth from Telogen effluvium after reading on a website it can be helpful for kickstarting growth with TE & AS LONG AS THE UNDERLYING DEFICIENCIES ARE ADDRESSED you can then TAPER OFF the minoxidil use & the hair that has regrown should not shed. I don't like the side effects & saw research that said Rosemary oil use on the scalp had competitive results to minoxidil foam, so was hoping to use that instead. So how do I taper it off now?
