I'm 2 wks post op after breast reduction and have caught a cold. Does being post op worsen the effects of a common cold?

I never get sick, haven't had a day off work in years but I am totally wiped. Tried getting dressed but had to go straight back to bed. I have literally no energy. My husband brought me a cup of tea and lifting it to my lips is almost too much energy. Could this total lack of energy be post op related? Up until now my recovery has been fine. No problems apart from struggling to sleep at night.

This might be a slight infection. I would recommend you to meet the plastic surgeon who has operated you. He/She will be able to guide you in how to treat that. It should not be too much of a worry. It does not look too bad. So don’t worry!
