I had breast implants 3.5 months ago, sub muscular size 205cc. I was 32A supposed to go to 32B but the result is 32D or 30DD. One side is bigger than the other and the implant appears to be sitting very low / there is no upper volume. Maybe it is bigger because of the implant positioning. I would have preferred a smaller result and a higher position. Do I need to do it all over again with smaller implants? Many thanks
