My upper arch is too narrow which gives me a narrow smile. My teeth slant inwards, which has caused my lips to sink into my face. My lower jaw is also too far back. I'm thinking of getting a palatal expander, followed by Invisalign braces with precision wings to bring my top teeth forward and lower jaw forward which I think will fill out my sunken lips and give me a straighter profile. Does this sound achievable? I'd rather do all of this without surgery. Please don't recommend the DNA device.
