I seriously need help. I had a collagen thread with PRP done 2 days ago. Please advise me. Is this normal? (Photo)

Hi and thank you for your question! Swelling is very common following these types of procedures and most of the issues you are experiencing can be related to swelling (which is often uneven). Unless you see other warning signs (redness, tenderness, heat, etc) or if the swelling gets worse, you should be patient and allow the healing to continue. All the swelling is expected to resolve within two weeks and at that time you will be able to evaluate the final results and in case of any concerns then, you should do a follow up with your physician for reevaluation and correction if needed. At this time, please do not worry with the aesthetic look of the results as it is two early. I hope it helps and good luck! 

Without an in-person evaluation, it is difficult to tell if you had a threadlift gone wrong. However, I would follow-up with your surgeon to discuss your issue, since it may be due to swelling or improper placement of threads. Best of luck! 

Thank you for submitting photos with your question.  At this time it is hard to tell if the lines you see are due to swelling or irregular placement of the threads.  Once the swelling reduces, if the lines are still there you should return to your Doctor who should be able to fix it.  The dimpling which is also present on the cheeks should resolve on its own.  This may take several weeks.If you develop increasing pain, redness or swelling, you should return to your Doctor immediately.Keep us posted!
