2 weeks post op abdominal Vaser Liposuction, what is correct healing process? Area feels swollen and lumpy.

I had vasor 2 weeks ago. Lower and upper stomache. First 2 days it looked amazing ! I feel like it’s more swollen and lumpy in certain areas. I feel like my skin is incredibly tight when I try lift my arms. (Symptom Occurred last 2/3 days) My stomach still feels a numb fuzzy feeling and unbearable to touch. The thought of having any form of massage yet petrifies me. Am I hindering healing time by not having massage. And is all this normal?
