Last week I got a tattoo and had to lay down on a massage table for about two hours. Since then I have random soreness in my right breast, it also feels tighter and has more ripples than it did before. I did have my right elbow locked around my right breast while laying on the table, and I was really tense due to the pain from the tattoo/the cold a/c blowing on me. (My left breast has always pointed to the side and is slightly larger, but my right breast seems wider than it was before)

Not sure how long ago you had your surgery, but pain like you're describing is rarely a long term issue. That having been said, I would definitely recommend getting in touch with your surgeon for an evaluation to make sure everything looks okay.
