What is the smallest sized silicone/saline implant available?

Thank you for your question. Depending on the manufacturer, the smallest breast implant would be approximately 100 cc's.

There are numerous implant options avialable from multiple manufacturers. A cursory revieiw of the product catalogs for the 3 major manufacturers (Mentor, Allergan, Sientra) will reveal implant sizes as low as 100 cc. Underfilled saline implants can achieve even smaller volumes.That being said, it uncommon to encounter an augmentation volume of less than 200 cc. However, this a decision based upon anatomy and personal preference.As always, discuss your concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Some implant manufacturers produce in the 150cc range.   The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

The smallest implant available is a 100ccIf you are looking for an even smaller increase in size you may consider fat grafting with external expansion or internal tissue plication 

Good Afternoon and thank you for your inquiry. The smaller size available for saline implants is 120cc, for silicone implants there are some models of 100cc. Take into account there are different types, with diferent diameters and projections, discuss further with your board certified plastic surgeon. 

Allergan makes a Style 40 (moderate profile) breast implant which is 80cc.   Otherwise, the smallest implants are in the 100-120cc range.  @natrelle

The smaller that are available are around 100-125cc.  I have never been asked to put such a small implant in, because such a small implant will likely not show a significant change.  You would have to be seen in person to determine if you are a candidate.  Good luck.

The smallest implants are in the 150-200 cc range.  Base and projection measurements are important as well if you have a narrow chest.
