Vampire facial - is the pain manageable without numbing cream?

I do not use numbing cream for injectables. The numbing cream makes me anxious. I can tolerate the shots fine. My concern is getting microneedling without the numbing cream. I will be getting this done with a new doctor who thinks I won’t be able to tolerate the pain. Years ago I struggled with the pain of Thermage. I am 72. What do you think?

You might want to ask your surgeon who performed the procedure but I would think about 3 months should be sufficient to address skin issues after a lifting procedure.
