My 16 month old headbutted me last week. I just had a septoplasty in July of this year because my 2 year old headbutted me and I couldn't breathe well on the right side. Now I cannot breathe well on the right side again. Can you tell if this is a deviated septum. There is a reddish pink area that I think I see blocking the opening.

Your turbinates are huge. I often performed inferior turbinate reduction as part of rhinoplasty and it works very well. You should consult an ENT doctor who specializes in breathing problems. You may need both septoplasty and turbinate reduction.
I agree with you. There should be very little swelling at 6 months after a septoplasty. I don't want to sound rude, but are you sure that's all that was performed? Your swelling and change in appearance (I assume the pics are before/after) is unusual after a septoplasty alone.
You do have a crooked nose and probably a crooked septum as well. Cosmetically you soonest to be a good candidate for rhinoplasty and your breathing can be improved at the same time. Your nose can be straightened but there is always a risk of some residual crookedness
