Options to get rid of nub/bump on the base of my septum?

Your columella appears short and could be elongated, but I am unsure, based on the pictures, if this is what you are referring to. Unfortunately your photos don’t show it well. However if it is part of the septal cartilage it is quite simple to cut it out. It’s aviary if most rhinoplasties I i or reform.
