I have been suffering from PCOS for 3 years. All of my baby weight has returned about 3 years after losing it. I’m only 27. Through diet, religious fiber intake, and exercise, I’m able to control “bloat weight”, but nothing is helping lose actual fat. Could CoolSculpting help? Not for aesthetic appeal, but to help kill fat cells that aren’t responding to good diet and exercise? I feel like all the work I put in is for a lost cause. All I want is to wear a shirt without my gut bulging out.

You can still get CoolSculpting without any negative side effects. The only thing that would prevent you from being able to get CoolSculpting would be if you have a hematoma. Other than that, you're good to go!
