I went to one in-person consultation, and the aesthetician placed the Cool Mini applicator directly under my chin and said I didn’t have enough fat. However, most of the fatty tissue is deposited laterally under my jaw, not right underneath the center of my chin itself. I’m at a healthy weight (BMI 20-21) and workout regularly, but this neck is genetic. If the applicator were placed in an overlapping laterally focused manner, could I get a good result?

Coolsculpting relies on the cold to kill the fat cells but is not designed to target specific fat cells or kill all of them. In cases where a person wants to remove all or only some amount of fat in an area, liposuction is the better alternative.
