CO2 Laser Damage - Facial red/hot spots 11 months post procedure. How can I fix this? (Photos)

I had a full deep plane face lift along with a CO2 laser which was recommended by my surgeon. Now, 11 months after, I'm still having issues. Facial red/hot spots that seem to resemble rosacea - which I never had before the procedure. I need to determine what I can do to correct please. Thanks!
