I’m a 47 year old female getting morpheus8 treatments for skin laxity, nasolabial folds, under eye hollows and wrinkling around eyes and on cheeks when smiling. I wanted a more permanent solution vs fillers or Botox. Unfortunately I can’t afford yearly morpheus8 treatments. Will I lose all the benefits? Is there a less expensive option to help keep my results? Thanks!
Answer: Morpheus8 Treatments Thank you for your question! Morpheus8 is a great treatment for skin laxity, however most patients will need maintenance treatments. Although maintenance treatments will keep your skin looking tighter, if you stop doing the Morpheus treatments you will not automatically revert back to if you never had any Morpheus treatments done. However, we cannot stop gravity or time, so without maintenance treatments your skin will continue to sag along with the normal aging process. You will still have better quality skin than you would normally have at this time without the Morpheus treatments! Make sure to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to determine the best options for you. Good luck!

Answer: You should have yearly Morpheus8 maintenance! Hi! No, your skin will not revert to what it was before the Morpheus8 treatment. However, we cannot stop the aging process. If you want to prevent future sagging and fine lines, you will want to do your yearly maintenance. Speak with Morpheus8 provider about maintenance deals because they are worth it!

Answer: Morpheus8 Annual Maintenance Treatments Great question. On average, Morpheus8 results last anywhere from 12-16 months. Keep in mind that the aging process doesn't stop, so in short, yes it is ideal to continue annual maintenance treatments to sustain your results long-term. If you are looking for a cheaper alternative you may want to consider more frequent microneedling treatments for overall anti-aging of the face.

Answer: Facial Rejuv -- PRP, Laser (Fraxel/Halo/Co2/moxi), emeragecosmetics COSMELAN ENLIGHTEN/ EMERAGESKIN AERIFY major aging needs a face and neck lift. with wrinkles and sundamage you need regular treatments. if you do not do regular treatments you will age over time. morpheus needs to be performed every 2-3 months and between lasers, peels, skincare and at home dermarolling is needed. its like exercise. if you do not go to the gym regularly you will not have a good body. there are many options for taking care of your skin. at home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (EmerageSkin roller with anteage AERIFY MD ampules weekly, see link) should be started now to prevent further aging. For facial rejuvenation, I would suggest a combination approach of 1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling 2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors 3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium 4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill 5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting 6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest 7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin 8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months) Best, Dr. Emer.
