I have saggy sunken cheeks and lines around the lines around my mouth. I have gotten Sculptra, threads and fillers. But I'm always told they cant fix that part on my cheeks with fillers or that its my dimples. so I was recommended Morpheus8 but I'm afraid It will damage my skin. I have also heard of track marks. What kind of care before and after do you recommend for Morpheus8 ? and what is recommended for quick and nice Healing? Skin products? Any other recommendations on how to fix my problem?

morpheus needs very specific pre and post treatment skincare, do a virtual consultation with us and start  at home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (EmerageSkin roller with anteage AERIFY MD ampules weekly, see link) now.

For facial rejuvenation,  I would suggest a combination approach of 
1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling
2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors
3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium
4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill
5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting
6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest
7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin
8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months)

Much more information is needed, such as a full set of facial photographs from all angles to make a determination about how best to proceed.  When there is a flat maxilla and a flat mid-face, Fillers   Offer a temporary volume augmentation to that area.  Cheek implants offer a permanent augmentation to the midface.  Cheek implants are manufactured in a large array of thicknesses, sizes, and shapes and are usually placed through an intraoral approach under brief general anesthesia as an outpatient procedure.
