I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation. For the best result you will likely need a revision which sometimes includes incisions around the areola. I've included a video on this topic that I hope you find helpful.
It is always ok to consider a breast lift without an implant. From your photos provided, your nipple areolar complexes do still seem to be positioned well. You will certainly need an in-office consultation to see how much "lift" you would realistically get with a mastopexy.
The donut lift would give you minimal lift and the areola may stretch with tension. A vertical lift would give you overall better shape. You could add an implant for more volume and upper pole fullness if desired.
