Can the nipples be centred in more ? Had many consults with doctors and one suggested they can with another lollipop lift. Is it possible?
Answer: Revision surgery Dear Anonymouslondon, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras. If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Can the nipples be more centered? Yes, the nipples can be more centered. This could be accomplished by either repositioning the implants, revising the lift, or both. To provide the best answer would require a physical examination. Ideally, you would discuss your options with your surgeon. Otherwise, seek a consultation with another board-certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Revision breast lift Postoperatively after a breast lift, the breast tissue may bottom out leaving the nipples higher on the breast mound. With vertical breast lifts, revision with horizontal inframammary excision tends to center the nipple on the breast. Another option is fat grafting to the upper pole to restore upper breast fullness.

Answer: Best suitable option for better clevage and medial positioned nipples After 2 years post breast lift, nipples seem to be relatively in normal hight, but breast tissue seems pitotic, this situation is called 'pseudopitosis' and common after a lift. Best option should be lift with reverse T scar, changing of breast footprint to a higher and fuller clevage position; nipple can be more centralized at the same time. All can be achived with Push-Up Breast Lift

Answer: Nipple positioning From the submitted photo it appears your nipples are pointing upward somewhat and are a little high on the breast mound. By addressing the lower pole of the breast you can improve the overall shape and contour. See a board certified plastic surgeon to learn more.
