Is AlloClae with ultrasound technique the right option to fix a dent in my butt? (Photos)

I have a history of having implants in butt has in for 9 years went with bbl after taking them out 7 years since than used sculptra and reselyne to fill dent . Right side now as round slight dent . Is AlloClae right for me and do the ultrasound technique to avoid vessels since my butt no longer virgin playing field necessary to avoid fat embolism even if inserted superficial , can’t vessels still get blocked. Especially since I know have scar tissue and vessels rearranged due to surgeries ?

Three failed surgeries on a small frame tells you the tissue there will not hold a hard implant, and a fourth attempt would probably end up the same as the other three. I would have liked to have seen more photos from different angles. You have contour deformities and loose skin with buttock...
