Hello, I had my vaser lipo, 3,5 months ago. Most of my swellings went away but some fibrosis / hardness still remained. I've read some articles about Oxandrolone use for wound healing. So, use of oxandrolone can speed up my healing process ?

Hi, final #results can usually be seen 2-4 months later as the swelling continues to diminish and contours become more defined, but improvement will continue for 4–6 months as swelling and irregularities resolve. These contours can even improve throughout the year after surgery. It is best to just take the prescribed medicine and follow the instructions of your surgeon.
Be sure that you follow your surgeon's instructions as to caring for yourself during #recovery (such as wearing garments or lymphatic massage) for best results. Also, light exercises such as walking,      swimming, or riding a stationary bicycle is typically recommended after      two or three weeks to minimize #adhesion between skin and deeper tissue. If you have any concerns at all about your healing process or have any clarifications with medicines your are taking, do not hesitate to contact your surgeon.

I wouldn't recommend anabolic steroid use after liposuction. This type of steroid is reserved for those with severe medical issues (burns, Turner's Syndrome, growth hormone deficiency), not recovery from plastic surgery. You're still healing at 3.5 months. Expect swelling to improve even up to 6 months and sometimes even beyond. Follow your surgeon's instructions for best results.
