Is there a hand/finger shortening surgery? (photo)

Hi, I have very long fingers with big hands and I'm female ( trans), is there a surgery nowadays to reduce the lenghth of my fingers of my big hands to appear more female? Will estrogen hormone therapy be enough to reduce this huge male size? If not what ia the solution then? And thank you.

Yes a toe to thumb may be the best option. Of course evaluation of his current function is a must. A large medical center with dedicated hand surgeons is the best place to go. Good Luck!
