2nd tummy tuck muscle repair/revision. Belly button leaking, advice? 11 days p.o.

I’m from West palm beach but had second tummy tuck revision muscle repair but this time in Dominican Republic. The doctor did not give drains. I started getting massages 3rd day after surgery. On the 6th day post op my belly button began to leak fluid no smell light red and light yellow. Now I’m back home no longer in DR to see the surgeon 11 days post op and my belly button is still leaking
