I was wondering what it would cost me in Tulsa, Oklahoma to get a breast implant?

In LA area, BA typically ranges from 7-8K depending on how much liposuction needs to be done to get enough fat. Ideally, you should be evaluated in person by a certified plastic surgeon and this is the exact price.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  The cost of breast augmentation varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.  The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

You should be able to find an average price through RealSelf.  We start at 4K (saline above the muscle) but this varies from location to location.  Go through the RealSelf website then call around to 5 Plastic Surgeons (Board Certified).  I think that should help
