Dissolved under eye filler but now left with chicken skin - what can I do to fix this? (photos)

I had under eye filler done twice and the result was bad, you could clearly see a purple color under my eyes so I had it dissolved. We dissolved in multiple sessions over the course of 6-8 months. The filler is now gone, but my skin in that area has been severly compromised. I now have chicken skin where the filler was. My skin was NOT anything like this before filler, is there anything I can do?
