Breasts Form Triangle Shape when Bend over

Question

I had my implants done on Jan 15 10, Iam not sure if I need a lift as well because when I bend over I dont like how they look (look like cones,or tringles shape) is this going to change?

I am not sure I understand or have a mental image of the shape you are describing. I am not sure if your breast or the implatns are the culprit.

It is difficult to comment on how your breasts look without seeing photos or examining you in person.

It is impossible to comment on your condition without seeing it. A photograph is absolutely necessary for any useful comment. The only thing I CAN say is by close to 5 months after a Breast Augmentation you ARE looking at close to your permanent results. If you are unhappy, go back and speak with your Plastic surgeon and see what he suggests.

It has been approximately 5 months since your surgery so the shape you see now will not likely change too much as time passes within reason. It is important to know that when we perform a breast augmentation we are enhancing the natural shape of the breasts and not creating new ones. I would recommend you follow-up with your plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and see what your options are.
