I had poor facelift scars concealed with medical tattooing, but now it looks very obvious and much worse. Can BBL or IPL fade this? Should I have the scar excised? Not much skin is left. Thank you!

Hi there, here at Body Rx we agree that a chemical peel before the BBL is a great Idea. The peel will helps take off any pigment and the top layers of the skin. Following that the BBL with really be able to target the pigments below.
