Can Hydroquinone help minimize the appearance of scars while lightening facial hair as well?

Hi i am a 37 yr old female that just finished a 5 month course of accutane. Happy with the results but now dealing with alot of scars and facial hair. My dermatologist is recommending hydroquinone to lighten my scars and make it more even to my skin tone . But i was wondering does it also lighten facial hair too? The hair is thin and on my cheeks and chin area of where i broken out. If so how long does it take to lighten? And if not what can i use to lighten the hair?

These skin lighteners are not bleaching agents so they should not necessarily lighten your hair. I suggest the Melarase AM and Melarase PM options rather than high dose hydroquinone offered online by telemarketers. Use the creams twice daily.
