My face is very wide / round. From what I've read online, it seems buccal fat pad removal and jaw slimming are the best procedures. I also think chin augmentation would help but when I went for a consultation for a chin implant, he said my chin is in line with my forehead/lips/nose (so from my side profile) so am not a good candidate. But looking straight on, my chin looks very short. My philtrum also looks very short, like it's receded or something. What procedures are best for a wide face?
