Is there any way to reshape/fix a belly button? (Photo)

My belly button is more of a "frown" shape due to failed belly button piercing. I also have a scar from the failed piercing. I don't really care about the scarring as much as the shape of my belly button itself. I'm wondering what surgery is available to fix the overall look/shape of my belly button. Any help is appreciated!
