Profuse bleeding causing sinus pressure the evening after getting my rhinoplasty cast off and spat out a clot. Is this ok?

I just had my cast removed after my closed procedure rhinoplasty and everything seemed great. In the evening, my nose started bleeding profusely. It continued for roughly 20 minutes until I was able to get it to calm with a cold compress. The bleeding also created really bad pressure in my sinuses (ears, nasal, and behind my eyes). Some pressure was relieved when I spat out a large clot. Should I be worried something is damaged or wrong? What do I do if it starts again?
