I had gotten Profractional done on Nov 22 2017, my skin healed fine, no peeling or ''brown mask'', except now I have little pinhole marks! I only got my cheeks and temples treated but they look worse and almost like my pores are huge. They aren't noticeable unless looked at up close, but now when I wear makeup my skin looks even worse! I got profractional to treat ice pick scars as well as box scars, but they look the same... Now I'm looking into Co2. Will this help? Will the pinholes go away?

The Profractional laser goes up to 1500 microns deep. 200 microns is about the thickness of 2 post-it notes, ie shallow. Most of the time 400-800 micron range is needed. I usually start at 400-500 and increase the depth each visit for a total of 2-4 treatments, depending on severity.
