Can a TENS machine or Ultrasound machine remove atrophic or hypertropic scars?

Can 'TENS' machine remove Atrophic or Hypertrophic scar cause due to 3rd degree TCA burn or Ultrasound Machine with 1Mhz can do better. Already had fractional laser 5 sessions with 1-month interval but didn't improve the condition then had 5 sessions of derma roller 1.5mm with same interval period but didn't help and already 6 years passed but time also didn't help, in the case if time will heal. Now should I try TENS machine or an Ultrasound machine?
