What is the best treatment for my keloid? (photo)

My scars usually do not heal well. I have a keloid above my belly button and I would like to explore cosmetic options to treat it. I'm not sure if surgery to remove the keloid is the best option since I am prone to them. However, I do not know if cryotherapy or laser treatments will work to fix it.
