How can I remove a scar on penis glans? (photos)

Hi doctors Im 23 years old when i was 19 i have had surgery to remove genital warts and it left a huge scar on my glans. Now after 4 years i want to remove it :( I asked a plastic surgeon doctor and he said he will cut the scar and sewing the two parts together what do you think about it?
