Open bite: would it be possible to fix with zirconia crown veneers or porcelain? (photos)

Hi , I unfortunately developed an open bite fallowing a bad mouth guard and I really do not want to wear Invisalign at the moment. Would zircon crown/ porcelain veneers be a good option in this case or is it too invasive to shave around 24 tooth to close the bite. Please advise.
