Should I do Morpheus 8 if I have a very thin face is it just better to do maybe microneedling?

Is it best to stay away from Morpheus when you have a very thin face and thin skin. I am 49 years old and I am worried about fat loss of any amount. I do not have any extra fat to lose on my face and I know the depth can be adjusted but do you think it is just better to do maybe microneedling and avoid this procedure all together. Thank you!
