Hello and thank you for your response. I've always had a full face with lower face fat. But, as I'm getting older I want a tighter face with less low face fat. A plastic surgeon suggested I do the Agnes laser and Scarlett laser. He suggested one session of each together and quoted 3k. He said that's all I would need. My research is suggesting Morpheus8 is a good option and is considerably less expensive to get the same result. What do you suggest?
Answer: Morpheus combined with Ultherapy Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Embrace RF (Facetite with Morpheus 8) Based on your photos, the ideal course of non-surgical treatments I would recommend for you would be a combination of Facetite and Morpheus 8, also referred to as Embrace RF. Morpheus 8 provides moderate fat loss and reasonable skin tightening. To maximize fat loss I recommend combining the skin tightening effects of Morpheus 8 with the fat loss effects of Facetite. These two treatments together would be excellent in addressing the extra weight to the submentum without leaving loose hanging skin once the fat is removed. It is important that you and your physician are on the same page in regards to realistic and achievable results. Going forward, I would recommend you to complete multiple in office consultations with board certified experts to discuss your ideal aesthetic goals. This way, they can better assess your face and create an ideal treatment plan for you. Best of luck, Kian Karimi MD, FACS

Answer: What's the best treatment for low face fat and jaw? Thank you for your pictures and questions. I think the real answer to your question depends on your goals/expectations and how much of a procedure you are willing to go through to get that result. Your age would be very helpful to know as well. If you want to spend a little and get some minimal results, then a minimal procedure such as a laser might help. I do not utilize lasers much in my practice, so I would suggest for a minimally invasive procedure something like Morpheus 8 for skin tightening. That is usually going to run you $2-3K for a series of 3 treatments. However, I would not expect ground-breaking results with those types of treatments. I think the next step would be a minimally invasive combination procedure such as buccal fat pad removal, submental liposuction, FaceTite, and MyEllevate. You could also consider chin augmentation at the same time if desired to improve facial balance. This would be a bigger investment but would produce much more striking results and improvement. To answer your question, the BEST treatment is a necklift/facelift but I think in your case, you are probably a little young for that at this point and would do better with a lesser procedure with less scars and less downtime, but still a great result. Answer: Facial Slimming — Masseter Botox, Facetite/Renuvion J Plasma, Buccal Fat Pad Removal, Fillers to sculpt the Cheek/Jawline/Chin I believe you posted before you are a candidate for an early face and neck lift. you can try facetite but it liekly will do very little. threads can be done yearly. morpheus every 2 months. at home dermarolling weekly. sculptra to build collagen. lasers like moxi, halo and fraxel can be combined with morpheus to help your texture. I suggest a formal consult. most of my younger clients use fillers to give them shaping especially on the cheeks, jawline, and chin which make the face look more slim and tight; and threads such as PDO or Instalift can build collagen and support the facial shaping and skin looseness over time, slowing down the aging process and given the face a more “snatched” look; and morpheus deep microneedling RF can tighten crepe skin especially on the neck and jawline and is great for long term tightening of the full face, neck and chest; its often used to give the face a slimmer more sculpted look because it tightens the skin and gives lift. an early face lift can be performed as well even in younger clients if they want a different facial shape, maxillofacial surgery with bone breaking or shaving can also be done. For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. Factite or Renuvion/J Plasma to tighten the lower face, jawline, and chin to reduce fat and give the jawline and neck tightening and shaping. 3. Botox to the masseter to reduce the muscular size of the jaw giving the face an illusion of being more slender 4. Fillers to the jawline, chin, cheeks, temples and brow help to shape the face and make it more angled and defined Always use at home derma rolling (see link to Emerageskin x anteageMD roller plus stem cells/hyaluronic acid ampules) and peels like emeragecosmetics enlighten or aerify that can be used to improve skin quality and tighten the skin while improving wrinkles, pigmentation, acne, and Melasma. See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Dealing with the aging process of the face As the person ages, they lose fat and muscle volume absolutely everywhere. The same happens to the face. The single best way to restore lost volume of the face to its youthful days is with the use of fat grafting. Fat grafting in my hands produces natural and permanent results. Procedures such as Morpheus8 use radio frequency which addresses some of the looseness in the skin but it also destroys the subcutaneous fat through the radio frequency heat which melts the fat. This process even though looks better at first, makes an individual look considerably older some six months later. No radio frequency devices should be used under the skin of the face. It is my opinion that you will have a wonderful result if you go with fat grafting to the face.I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery
