Question

I’m 37 years old and I have some fat here causing me to jowl. I don’t like my lower face. I lack chin and my jowls are showing quite a bit specially in dim lighting. What should I do? I did fat grafting three years ago to add to my chin and overall face but it didn’t take in my chin. I just want to correct this problem area.

The analogy I give my patients is that of maintaining a home. It all starts from good foundations in the basement.
