Morpheus and facial fat loss - does it work for targeting fat pockets?

Is Morpheus8 actually effective at reducing buccal fat and double chin? Or is it individually dependent? I have had potenza done (at most 2.25mm depth) but did not notice any jawline slimming. I was told that Morpheus8 is superior in targeting fat pockets. Thank you!
