I have irregularities in lipo mainly in arms and stomach. Suggestions? (Photo)

I’m 27 years old and have had 2 rounds of lipo and a bbl. First round 2020 Second was Jan 2023 The first time was very aggressive and second lipo round was to try and soften the fibrosis from the first round. My arms were also over liposuctioned. At this point I just want to feel comfortable with my stomach irregularities. I like my shape and I exercise 6/7 times a week and eat very well. I’ve lost weight since my second round of lipo. Any suggestions help!

There may be some scar tissue in the tissue form the Kybella. You might consider an energy source such as VASER to help smoothly extract the fat.
