It appears like too much fat/tissue was removed from the chest, causing an indentation/crater. It’s very noticeable on my left and slightly noticeable on the right. Possibly this was from excessive liposuction, creating an imbalance to the surrounding tissues. Crater becomes more prominent when arms are lifted but is still noticeable with my arms resting by my side. Does this look like crater deformity?
