I went to a local technical and did tattoo camouflage for dark marks on my leg, however, the results were horrible. It ended up darker / larger and worst than before I waited months and no change to area. I trusted her as she is brown and thought she would be better with black skin, I was wrong. I've since tried a known entity to help but the process has been long and little results. Can any advice be given on how to minimize the appearance? Would laser, any topical cream (hydroquinone) work?
