I had septorhinoplasty last year in which i came out with an extremely shortened nose and unstable base. With healing, I have realised that the caudal septum was removed all the way back to the alar crease and the tip overrotated. I beliee i had deviated caudal septum -photos show the footplate in the airway. How stable is my nose? My surgeon brushes this off for obvious reasons How is my tip remaining up? Can this be fixed safely? Help?
