6 year old implants feel “detached” - what's happening? (Photo)

I got under the muscle 350cc cohesive gel. It’s been almost 6 years and I’ve always felt the implant if that makes sense especially the left. If I push them together one side I feel the implant a lot more moving. It’s never really bothered me, however the last few months and especially the last 2 weeks it’s more aware of it. When I lean over to grab something let’s say it feels “detached of that makes sense. They seem to look okay but not sure what’s happening.
