Answer: Surgery Typically, about 150 cc's is needed to increase a cup size. With 350, you may be a D to DD depending upon the bra.

Answer: Implant size Dear Mace.1824x, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: 350cc high profile a suitable size to take from from B to DD Implant sizing is a difficult endeavor and leads to lots of anxieties. It is certainly an imperfect science, whether we are using sizers or computer imaging (we use both in my office). There are many factors that to consider including the height of the patient, with of the chest wall, position of the breast on the chest, distance from the nipple to the fold in addition to of course the goals of the patient. Also, there is no standard as to what a cup size is. That is why we rely on photographs that a patient may bring in of models breast that they are trying to come close to looking like. In general, I find a 350 high profile implant on average may increase a breast cup size by about 2 cups. The questioner does not state if any imaging or sizers were used in determining the size but if so, a good discussion with a surgeon is necessary. Ask many questions and bring in photos

Answer: Implant size There are many factors to consider when selecting an implant including your breast width (not the same as your bra size), surgical goals, and breast characteristics. Your surgeon uses this information to help select an implant that's right for you. Many surgeons have sample implants available that you can "try on" to get an idea of how you may look after surgery. I encourage you to return to your surgeon to confirm your implant choice. In general a 350cc high profile implant will add upper pole fullness, projection and multiple cup sizes.

Answer: Try on sizers It would be best to bring a bra in the size you’d like to be and try on sizers to see if it would achieve your goal. This is because cup sizes are not standardized.
