Is it normal to have scratches after microneedling? (Photo)

Hi, I got Micro needling with PRP done yesterday at a well known clinic in Toronto. A nurse performed the procedure. I was told there will be no down time but it's day 2 and my skin looks like I have been attacked by a cat. I am wondering if there are supposed to be scratches like this on my face? From what I have seen online I don't think there should be. Please let me know. Thank you
