Is it normal after 4 weeks of a facetite it begins to get swollin more than the first weeks of post surgery? (photo)

It is not normal to be more swollen four weeks after facetite compared to the first week post treatment.
It may be related to an increase in your level of activity, perhaps an indication of infection or maybe wearing your garment incorrectly. In any case I would connect with the Doc who performed the procedure

While it is uncommon, it is certainly possible. Follow up with your facetite provider to see if this is something that would benefit from a steroid injection.
