Is it normal after 4 weeks of a facetite it begins to get swollin more than the first weeks of post surgery? (photo)

I had a facetite for my double chin and now when I touch the area, the skin feels hot and even more swollen than the first few weeks. I had removed the stitches by accident after the 4 week and since then i started to have a burning sensation and more swelling (more than in the first weeks). Thank you
