How long is recovery after FaceTite for neck?

FaceTite is a minimally invasive procedure with minimal downtime. The total recovery time for FaceTite is about two weeks. Immediately following treatment, you will wear a protective garment for two days continuously. After the two days, the garment will be worn for twelve hours a day while at home or sleeping. Activities like working out and heavy lifting should be avoided for two weeks post procedure, after the two week period normal activities may resume. Results of the treatment can be seen immediately, although there will be some initial swelling that will subside over the first two weeks. Best results are noticeable after 6 weeks and continue over the next 12 months.

Thank you for your questions, swelling occurs on the second day after FaceTite and can last up to 10 days. Typically a head wrap should be worn at all times 1-5 days and at night for 5-10 days to help reduce the swelling. See an expert, best, Dr. Emer.

There is normally some noticeable swelling after a FaceTite procedure on the neck and I have found that this can last for a week or so.  I normally have patients wear a compression garment during this time to help with the recovery.  

Thank you for your question.  Recovery after FaceTite is very quick.  Most of my patients are back to normal in 1-2 days.   You will have swelling and you may have some redness on your face and neck if FaceTite was combined with Morpheus8 microneedling.  You will have a small amount of drainage from your incision sites and you will need to wear a compression dressing on your neck/face for 7-10 days (24 hours, for the first 3 days).  Good luck.
